Dave's Market & Eatery
Dave's Market is a family-owned, Cleveland-based Grocery Store that opened up on East 61st and Chester in February 2018.
Envisioned as the next revolutionary offering in the over 100 year history of the company, it features the same fantastic Dave’s experience with several modern offerings added. These offerings include The Eatery, a large food court featuring seating and a multitude of diverse, fresh food options, as well as self-serve kiosks and free nutrition classes in accordance with the nearby Rainbow Center For Women & Children.

Rainbow Center for Women & Children
In July 2018 University Hospitals opened this new center for Women and Children to the MidTown area.
This 40,000 square foot, three-story hub offers traditional medical services as well as neighborhood support services such as nutrition education, legal services, and several group-care options in a cutting-edge approach to public health and neighborhood development in MidTown.
“This is all part of our total health mission,” she says. “It’s the way that we operate, the programs that we offer, the way we invest in the community and the kind of building in which we want to care for our patients and our staff.” says Dr. Aparna Bole, a pediatrician and co-medical director for the center.
Tru by Hilton
Featuring hip, practical amenities at an affordable pricepoint, Health Tech Hospitality LLC has teamed up with MidTown Cleveland to bring the first Tru by Hilton hotel to Ohio at East 69th and Euclid. This location gives the Tru easy access to proximity cultural institutions such as the Agora Theatre, the RTA Healthline and Playhouse Square, which is no coincidence considering the amount of development that has occurred in the neighborhood in the last decade,
“We are excited to be alongside companies and cultural assets in MidTown,” said project architect Chris Kaczmar of the project — one of the first of its kind in the country. “We’re thrilled to bring this new hotel to Cleveland and to MidTown, and see the momentum in the neighborhood continue to skyrocket.”
MidTown Tech Hive

Located at 4806 Euclid Avenue, this Cleveland-designated landmark was designed by John Eisenmann (architect of the Cleveland Arcade) and possesses a variety of amenities catering to a range of tenants.
Its proximity to public transportation via the RTA’s Healthline Station appeals to professionals commuting to Downtown /University Circle, while its accessibility to Cleveland State, Case Western Reserve, and the world-class Health Tech Corridor makes it perfect for medical professionals and students.
New renovations such as new and modern kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring have brought a modern touch to this historic building, and its location also puts you within walking distance to cultural amenities such as The Cleveland Children's Museum and The Agora Theatre.
Agora Theatre
Located in the heart of Midtown’s thriving Health Tech Corridor, this iconic venue has hosted artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Foo Fighters and Rage Against the Machine. In 2018, this venue underwent a substantial $3 million renovation via Los Angeles-based AEG Properties that brought this Cleveland hallmark into the modern age.
A more vibrant and colorful stage, plush seats, a new lighting system and several other changes have ensured that this venue, originally opened in 1913, will continue as a hotbed of the Cleveland Music Scene for years to come, having already hosted artists such as Father John Misty, Mac Demarco, and BROCKHAMPTON since the renovations.

Located at East 59th and Euclid, this state-of-the-art, 60,000 square foot building was completed in 2017 and is envisioned as another piece in the revitalization of the MidTown neighborhood.
Its strategic integration in the same complex as The Rainbow Babies & Children’s Center, Dave’s Market & Eatery and The Phoenix Building makes it accessible to workers and residents.
The building’s sleek, modern design and surroundings seamlessly integrate it into the neighborhood, with the RTA’s Healthline connecting the space to both University Circle and Downtown. Tenants such as MCpC’s Security Operations Center also ensure that this space will continue to fit the collaborative spirit of MidTown and the Health Tech Corridor.
ReinCarnegie Study
Formally known as the Carnegie Avenue Master Plan and a collaboration between the City of Cleveland, Midtown, and the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency, this study is an assessment of the strengths, weaknesses, and history of the Carnegie Avenue area, with a special focus on the area between E.55th & E.79th Street.
By leveraging these strengths and giving seeking a bold, transformative approach to the area, this is just one of many initiatives that seeks to further revitalize the Midtown neighborhood and help develop this area as a “connective tissue" between Downtown and University Circle.
Innerbelt Lofts
Substantial renovation through 2019 transformed the building into the Offset Lofts, reflecting the current changing nature of the City of Cleveland itself. It is a juxtaposition of old and new, roughness and refinement.
The design and development team focused on featuring the historic aspects of the building while enriching the residents experience with conveniences consistent with living in a modern bustling city.
Measures were also taken to retain, protect and enhance the historic exterior features, measures which preserved the character of the original wood flooring, generously sized windows, and the warm robust masonry walls.
